At Lothantique Canada, we take pride in the quality of our French-inspired fragrances and home goods; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including a copy of your receipt.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the parcel back to our Canadian distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
